Why is my group not updating?

Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled, LastHit can use iCloud, and both phones have an internet connection. Reopen the Groups screen to refresh.

How do I join a group?

Tap a LastHit invite link, or open Groups and choose “Join a group with code.” Paste the invite code and confirm.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Open iPhone Settings, choose Notifications, then LastHit. Enable Allow Notifications, Lock Screen, and Sounds. Your selected LastHit notification style applies to group hit alerts.

How do I update my name or photo?

Open your profile from the avatar in the top-right corner. Changes sync to your group members through iCloud.

Account control

Delete your LastHit account

You can permanently delete your account directly inside LastHit:

Open LastHit and tap your profile picture.
Scroll to the Account section.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your profile, reserved LastHit ID, hits, group memberships, and groups you created from iCloud. The action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email support from the address above and describe the account you want removed.

Privacy policy

LastHit is built around private groups and clear choices about what you share.

Information we process

LastHit processes your display name and unique ID, optional profile photo, hit and streak history, group memberships, and optional place information that you choose to attach to a hit.

How it is used

This information is used only to provide app features: syncing your profile, calculating statistics, showing group activity and rankings, sending notifications, and displaying shared places.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on your device and in Apple CloudKit. Group information is shared only through LastHit with members of the groups you join, according to your privacy and place-sharing choices.

Tracking and advertising

LastHit does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or data brokers. We do not sell personal information.

Device permissions

Location is requested only when you choose to attach your current place to a hit. Photo access uses Apple’s system picker when you select a profile image. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in iPhone Settings.

Retention and deletion

Information remains available while your account is active. You can delete individual hits or permanently delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes associated CloudKit data as described above.

Apple services

LastHit relies on Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Push Notification service, and the App Store. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.
