Why is my group not updating?
Check that iCloud is enabled on your iPhone, that LastHit can use iCloud, and that you have an internet connection. Pull down on the group page to refresh.
How do I join a group?
Tap a LastHit invite link, or open Groups, tap “Join a group” and enter the invite code.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose LastHit. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold it, then tap Customize.
Can I hide that I'm online or that I read a message?
Yes. Open your profile, then Settings › Privacy, and turn off “Online, typing and read status”. You then won't see others' status either.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Open iPhone Settings, choose Notifications, then LastHit. Turn on Allow Notifications, Lock Screen and Sounds.
How do I update my name or photo?
Open your profile from the avatar in the top-right corner. Changes sync to your friends and groups through iCloud.
Account control
Delete your LastHit account
You can permanently delete your account directly inside LastHit:
- Open LastHit and tap your profile picture.
- Open Settings and scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This removes your profile, reserved LastHit ID, hits, messages, group memberships and the groups you created from iCloud. The action cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, email support from the address above and describe the account you want removed.

Privacy policy
LastHit is built around private groups and clear choices about what you share.
Information we process
Your display name and unique ID, optional profile photo, hit and streak history (with an optional rating), group memberships, friends, the messages, photos and GIFs you send in group and private chats, reactions, optional place information you attach to a hit, and, when enabled, your online, typing and read status.
How it is used
Only to provide the app's features: syncing your profile, calculating statistics, showing group activity, rankings and chats, sending notifications, and displaying shared places.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored on your device and in Apple CloudKit (iCloud). It is shared only through LastHit with the members of your groups and your accepted friends, according to your choices: private mode, place sharing, detailed stats and activity status.
GIF search
GIF search is provided by GIPHY. The words you search and your IP address are sent to GIPHY to return results, and GIPHY processes them under its own privacy policy. No other third-party service receives your data.
Tracking and advertising
LastHit uses no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, no cross-app tracking and no data brokers. We do not sell personal information.
Device permissions
Location is used only when you attach your current place to a hit; the camera only when you take a photo to send in a chat. Photos use Apple's system picker. Notifications are optional. Widgets and the Live Activity read your streak from your own iPhone.
Your choices
In Settings you can turn on private mode, stop sharing places or detailed stats, hide your online, typing and read status, and turn off level-up alerts and the weekly recap.
Retention and deletion
Information remains available while your account is active. You can delete hits and your own messages, or permanently delete your account in the app, which removes the associated CloudKit data as described above.
Apple services
LastHit relies on Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Push Notification service and the App Store. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.
